You can backup (export) your MySQL database(s) using phpMiniAdmin or phpMyAdmin. We suggest using phpMiniAdmin as this is much faster than phpMyAdmin.

All you have to do is to login using your MySQL username and password. Then select the MySQL database you want to export.



As for backing up your site, you can do this using FTP. Simply FTP to your account then download your site to your computer.
