REASON #1
Your account or site violated our Terms of Service and was deleted. Registration process, email confirmation and account created homepage all assumed you've read our TOS and understood it.

REASON #2
Due to constant network maintenance, sometimes mistakes are made or job hasn't been completed yet. Hence most common result is 404 page or it seems like your account is completely deleted. But it's not. And it'll be back in perfect condition as soon as maintenance is complete.

IMPORTANT NOTE
This article only applies if the root level of your domain (IE: http://USERNAME.free-web-hosting.biz/ ) shows 404. Otherwise you're most likely getting it because of missing page or your script is taking you to 404.
